Email Right Words support

In an emergency, do not email us.

For immediate danger, trouble breathing, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding, or if you cannot keep everyone safe, contact your local emergency services now. Help in the app (tap Get help) is free, works offline, and stays open without a subscription.

Safety and urgent situations

Right Words is parenting education. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency help. Help in the app points you to local services:

  • If you are afraid you may hurt someone: create distance, bring in a trusted adult, and contact crisis or emergency support.
  • If you suspect abuse, family violence, or exploitation: use a local safeguarding service. Do not promise secrecy or delay help.
  • A bite that breaks the skin, a significant injury, or symptoms that are getting worse: get prompt advice from a qualified local medical professional.
  • A pattern that keeps happening, gets worse, or changes suddenly: consider professional support.

Restore purchases

  1. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Open Right Words and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
  3. You can also open Settings in the app (Our house, then the gear) and tapRestore purchases.

Restoring does not charge you again.

Cancel or change your plan

Apple manages the subscription. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Right Words. In the app, Settings → Manage subscription opens the same page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep your subscription until then. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Prices and renewal terms are in the Terms.

Billing and refunds

Apple takes the payment. Right Words never sees your card and cannot issue App Store refunds. Apple handles refund requests.

Go to Apple’s Report a Problem

Delete your data

Open Settings in the app and tap Delete all data on this phone. This erases your child’s name and age, your answers, your lights, your house words, and your reminders from your phone. It does not cancel your subscription, which stays with your Apple Account. If you delete the app or change phones, your family information does not come back unless an iPhone backup restores it.

Do I need an account?

No. Right Words has no accounts and no sync. Everything you enter stays on your phone. Read the Privacy Policy.

Reminders

The Sunday note and Daily words are optional. Turn them on or off in Settings in the app, or in iOS Settings under Notifications → Right Words. If iOS has notifications off for Right Words, Settings in the app shows a row that opens the right page.

Sending house words

The image shows your house words. It shows your child’s name only if you turn onShow name, and a story image never does. You send it through the iOS share sheet; Right Words does not upload it.

Where do the words come from?

They are written by Right Words with AI assistance, from published parenting guidance, and reviewed by the founder. They are not yet reviewed by an independent expert.Read how the words are made.

What to put in your email

  • the app version shown in Settings;
  • your iPhone model and iOS version;
  • what you expected and what happened;
  • a screenshot, only if it shows nothing about your family.

Please do not send your child’s full name, birth date, school, location, or medical details.
